How do I place an order?

Placing an order for a Hide Craft product is easy. Just add the items to your cart, enter your billing and shipping information and place our order. Also enter your Mobile No. and E-mail Id.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email which contains all the details related to your order. You can also view your order details in My Account Order status. Hide Craft customer service will also make a phone call / SMS to re-confirm the order.

When will the order be delivered?

Within 4 working days of placement of order.

What are my payment options?

You can use a Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking to pre-pay, or you can use the system of payment against delivery. For payment against delivery, only cash payment is accepted. Credit Cards accepted are Visa and mastercard.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also log into your account and click “View the status of your orders” to view the status of your orders.

How can I change / cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately at +91 22-6793-4506/4507 and send an e-mail to customercare@hidecraft.com

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

What is the guarantee on Hide Craft products?

Hide Craft gives a warranty of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear do not comprise a manufacturing defect. Examples of manufacturing defects are zips not working, lock closure affected, buckles detaching etc.

How do I return faulty products?

Please e-mail customercare@hidecraft.com giving details of the product and the nature of defect. We will arrange a courier pick-up, repair or replace the product and deliver it back to you as soon as possible (normally within 10 days). You do not have to pay anything.

How do I return a non-used product which has just arrived?

Please send an e-mail to customercare@hidecraft.com and give us the product details along with reasons for return. If we agree with your reasons, we will arrange for free pick up and refund your money. Please note that reasons such as color difference, leather feel not good etc. are not deemed as valid for return.

How do I get my payment for returned products?

If we cannot supply you another piece or repair the product, you will be entitled to a full refund. This will be made by cheque from our Mumbai office.

What is the ‘add to waitlist’ option?

We manufacture our products in limited quantities. When we sell out of a certain product the ‘add to cart’ option will change to ‘add to waitlist’. You can add the product to your waitlist. Once the product is in stock, we will inform you via email and you can add the product to your shopping cart.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

All credit cards, Debit cards and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, please retry and ensure that the information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate, that is, account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that our internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days.

What shipping method do you use?

Blue Dart is our preferred carrier for airfreight and bulk shipping.

What does Hidecraft charge for shipping?

Can Hidecraft ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within India.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Not necessarily. A single order may ship as multiple shipments in order to ensure the product is safe and is handled with care and gets to you in time.
